Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting to contract close—with financial institutions in Taiwan
- Develop and manage relationships with both direct clients and channel partners (e.g., consulting firms, system integrators, digital health players) to scale sales reach
- Own and meet a quarterly and annual sales quota aligned to new logo wins, ARR growth, and channel contribution
- Scope project requirements with clients—including data availability, workflow mapping, and success metrics—to shape tailored proposals
- Manage contract structuring and commercial negotiations, balancing business value, delivery feasibility, and legal considerations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools; deliver accurate weekly updates and quarterly forecasts
- Represent Lydia AI at industry events, workshops, and partner meetings to generate demand and strengthen relationships
- Stay current on market trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory developments in Taiwan’s financial services sector
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or channel management, ideally in SaaS, AI/ML, or fintech
- Proven ability to sell technology solutions in enterprises —in Taiwan
- Experience managing strategic partners or working alongside resellers, implementation vendors, or consulting firms
- Familiarity with workflows related to underwriting, claims, customer onboarding, or digital transformation is preferred
- Native-level Mandarin and strong professional English communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and accountable, with a strong bias toward execution
- Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional teamwork
